Yukon

With a population of just over 30,000 people, Yukon has a high demand for skilled and semi-skilled workers. The Yukon Nominee Program (YNP) is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) designed to attract foreign workers, entrepreneurs, and Express Entry candidates to settle in Yukon and contribute to its economy.

Why Choose Yukon for Immigration?

Yukon offers a high quality of life, breathtaking landscapes, and a growing economy. Some of the key benefits of immigrating to Yukon include:

  • Faster Permanent Residency (PR) Process - The PNP allows candidates to apply directly for PR through the Express Entry system or provincial pathways.
  • No LMIA Requirement for Some Streams - Some categories under YNP do not require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), making it easier for employers to hire foreign workers.
  • Opportunities for Skilled and Semi-Skilled Workers - Yukon offers immigration pathways for a range of skill levels, including skilled workers, critical impact workers, and business investors.
  • Access to Canada's Social Benefits - As a permanent resident, you gain access to healthcare, education, and employment benefits in Canada.
  • Entrepreneurial Opportunities - The Yukon Business Nominee Program provides a pathway for business owners and investors to establish and operate businesses in the province.

Yukon Immigration Streams

Yukon operates multiple immigration pathways under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), catering to skilled workers, entrepreneurs, and Express Entry candidates.
