The most recent Express Entry draw 321, held on October 23, 2024, focuses on nominees with experience in trade occupations.
The draw invited 1,800 experienced trade workers, who have a minimum CRS score of 433, to apply for permanent residency. This is undoubtedly a part of Canada's new system of targeting specific job categories.
This is the second trade-focused draw of 2024. The first draw under the same category - Trade Occupations was announced on July 4, 2024, issuing 1,800 ITAs at a minimum CRS score of 436. Apparently, Canada's targeted approach to elevate skilled migration registrations is to address and resolve the labour market shortage in the country.
Other draws earlier in this week included:
Date | Category | ITAs issued | Minimum CRS score | |

400 | 539 | ||
